Game Recap

Prattville (3-0, 1-0 Class 7A, Region 2) totaled up over 400 yds of offense while defeating Smiths Station (3-1, 1-1) 28-7 on Military Appreciation Night at Stanley-Jensen Stadium.

Quarterback Josh Moore accounted for 250 total yards of offense while scoring twice on the ground and a 22 yard TD strike to WR Derek Gappa to finish the Lions scoring off.

RB Kingston Davis rushed for a punishing 173 yards on 28 carries and also scoring a touchdown.

KJ Lawrence led the Lions suffocating defense that held the visiting Panthers to less than 70 yards of total offense in the first half. He recorded 12 tackles on the night.

The Lions travel east for their first road game as they take on Central-Phenix City (3-1, 2-0) at 7 p.m. next Friday
